WE ALSO KNOW THAT SOMETIMES IT TAKES MORE THAN ONE ATTEMPT FOR PEOPLE TO FIND THE RIGHT EXTENSIONS FOR THEMSELVES - CHOOSING FROM A COMPUTER SCREEN MAY NOT BE EASY BUT IT SHOULDN'T BE STRESSFUL! WE ARE CONFIDENT THAT YOU WILL LOVE YOUR NEW HAIR EXTENSIONS AND YOUR FABULOUS NEW LOOK! BUT IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, WE DON'T WANT YOU TO WORRY FOR ONE SECOND! WITH OUR 6 Month- To 1 Year warranty-

WE WILL HAPPILY ACCEPT ANY WORN OR USED ITEM PURCHASED UNDER WARRANTY FOR A ONE TIME EXCHANGE FOR A NEW SET.

THIS POLICY IS EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD FOR THOSE WHO ARE HARD ON CARING FOR THEIR HAIR OR THOSE WHO ARE NOT GOOD WITH CARING FOR THEIR LACE CLOSURES OR LACE FRONTALS. WE DOT CARE IF THE HAIR IS WORN WE ONLY CARE THAT YOU ARE HONEST AND RETURN THE SAME HAIR EXTENSIONS THAT YOU PURCHASED IN YOUR ORDER.

OF COURSE, THERE ARE CONDITIONS AND EXCEPTIONS THAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO KNOW ABOUT! WE WANT THIS PROCESS TO BE EASY & FAIR FOR BOTH YOU AND US!

  1. you have 6 months or a year (which ever term you choose) to exchange your warranty purchased items. once the warranty time frame chosen has expired your exchange is void.
  2. You must keep all packaging specifically a copy of your invoice or receipt that indicates your order number along with all tags and  Intense Beauté boxes or shopping bags and return them along with your extensions.
  3. To begin the warranty exchange process, you will have to ship your hair plus packaging to us at your expense first and when received we will ship your new bundles back to you at our expense. You will receive the same lengths and texture purchased in your original order but a guaranteed new set.

You will have to purchase warranty for every individual bundle or closure that is present in your order to receive a full set. For example if your cart totals (3) bundles the quantity for your warranty must be (3) to cover all three bundles.

If the warranty is not purchased for every item in your order, we can only exchange the items that are under warranty. If we find that no items are covered under warranty no items will be exchanged and all items will be sent back to you.
